A New Home Warranty Inspection
identifies any deficiencies that can be corrected under the New Home Warranty
Program. The inspection must take place anywhere between thirty days and a year
after taking possession of your home. If your new home warranty is approaching its expiration, call us today to schedule an inspection.
Four Point Inspection - More insurers are now requiring 4 point insurance inspections which include the roof, air conditioning/heating, plumbing and electrical systems of the home. In some cases, you may be eligible for discounts on your policy or surcharge waivers.
Wind Mitigation Inspections - Wind mitigation inspections can result in substantial savings on the wind portion of your insurance. These inspections look at the structure of a property to see what conditions currently exist for their home to withstand hurricanes and windstorm damage.
Roof Condition Certifications - All roofs must be in good condition with no damage or visible signs of leak to be eligible for insurance coverage. Additionally, all roofs, regardless of age, must have at least three (3) years of remaining useful life.
